KARATE
Karate is a century-old sport that offers valuable teachings for today's fast-paced lives. Karate improves children's ability to stay focused longer and fosters discipline which will be beneficial for them in their studies as well as in other areas. Karate encourages the students to push themselves farther than they believe they can go, resulting in enhancement of self-worth and confidence.
With our After School Karate programme, children will learn self-defence techniques ,increase their fitness levels and stamina and they will progress in their social and emotional development.
YOGA
Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Research has already shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, classroom behavior and can even reduce anxiety and stress in kids.
Our after school yoga class is a great way to help children balance the body and mind after a busy day at school. Our instructors take yoga to another level, teaching not only yoga poses but also mindfulness in a fun and enjoyable way.
